INCOME CERTIFICATE

For General Public

1. Obtain an application form from JANSUVIDHA Counter, DC Office
2. After filling up the form it is sent to the Administrative Officer for further processing.
3. Submit attested copy of ST certificate, if tribal.

For Government Employee

1. Obtain an application form from the concerned Head Of Department.
2. The applicant has to mention the monthly income in the form.
3. After filling up the form it is forwarded to the Deputy Commissioner of the District for further processing.
4. Submit attested copy of ST certificate if tribal.
